DESTINATIONS
We ship to all countries within Europe, mainly to Belgium. For shipping to destinations outside Europe, please contact us via email at claire.obscurclub@gmail.com for assistance and further information.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
RETURN ELIGIBILTY
At Obscur, we take pride in offering a carefully curated selection of unique and one-of-a-kind vintage items. Due to the exclusive nature of our "Vintage Collection", we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products. Each vintage piece has its own story and character, making it irreplaceable. We believe in the importance of recycling and reducing waste, and by purchasing from our vintage collection, you are contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly world. So please consider your purchase carefully. We encourage you to review all product details, descriptions, and photos before making your decision. RETURN PROCESS
However if you are not satisfied with your purchase of our "Obscur Collection", please contact us at claire.obscurclub@gmail.com, specifying the reason of your return. We will then provide you with further instructions via email on how to proceed. Please note that we do not accept returns that have not been requested via email. Shipping of a return/exchange will be at your own cost. Approved returns will be issued a gift card equivalent to the purchase amount, minus any shipping costs.We do not accept liability for lost packages sent to us by you. For security, we recommend that you use track and trace.
You may return items within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any items with an extensive lead time (production request) made especially for you upon your request are not available for return or exchange.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be issued a gift card equivalent to the purchase amount, minus any shipping costs. The gift card will be sent to you via email and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and iDEAL.
Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.
GIFT CARDS/ PROMOTION CODES
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Gift cards can be used for any future purchases on our webshop. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
